• Commonwealth Bank Call Centre, Flinders Street, Melbourne

A brilliant success story providing added service with the introduction of Direct Banking and how it lead to the launch of Customer Call Centres in Australia. The aim was to build, develop and manage a telephone sales and service delivery channel for the Commonwealth Bank and designed to complement the many other ways clients could interface with the Bank.

• McDonald's Regional Training Centre, Collingwood, Vic

This State of The Art Regional Training Centre, built in 1996 for the Victorian and Tasmanian region for crew and management, provides the internationally renowned success strategies that sit beneath the Golden Arches.
