ICSP Customer Service Accreditation Program
ICSP has great pleasure in introducing a recognised professional development program which rewards, recognises and provides a means for accrediting corporate business and individuals who meet and/or exceed customer service benchmarking standards.
The ICSP Customer Service Accreditation Program now offers members a professional development stream which
- encourages professional growth and development within their respective industry via attendance at various development forums (ie breakfasts, events, workshops, conferences),
- provides the opportunity for networking and mentoring with experienced industry representatives through development forums and other informal forums,
- rewards the efforts for professional development with an accredited post nominal system for use by individuals.
The ICSP post-nominal accreditation system provides easy recognition to other members within the industry sector of the “level” of professional development and training that an individual member has undertaken within a specific time period, and provides the individual with the opportunity to use these post nominal credentials as part of their own “branding” via channels such as business cards, email signatures and stationary. In addition, the individual has a clear developmental framework to work towards gaining accreditation for higher admission into the higher level post nominal system, thereby providing an incentive for further development and training.
For corporate business, a post-nominal industry accreditation system ensures that all individuals within the company, or the company itself, can align itself with a credible industry sector accreditation program which highlights the investment the business has in its development and training of staff, and which benchmarks the business against world class criteria for assessment.
