My Customer Rules 2008

The Awards
  My Customer Rules was launched in 2004. The Awards have recognised and rewarded over 1000 ‘unsung heroes’ nominated by the best judges – their customers. My Customer Rules is an exciting and innovative award with outstanding success in recognizing Customer Service Champions who may otherwise have gone unnoticed; Service Champions who deliver a consistent quality service.

My Customer Rules is a world first initiative developed jointly by GAPbuster Worldwide (Leading global Customer Experience Management agency) and ICSP International Customer Service Professionals (An industry body that provides Customer Service professionals with world class resources)

 

Key Dates:

  • Nominations open 4 March 2008
  • Nominations close 27 June 2008
  • Voting opens 7 July 2008
  • Voting closes 31 July 2008
  • On site evaluation and assessments will close 15 September 2008
  • Winners will be announced during ICSW (International Customer Service Week)
    6 October - 10 October 2007 in Melbourne

The Process

 

Step 1 - Nomination
Submit your nominations via www.mycustomerrules.com  You can nominate as many deserving customer service champions as you like.

Nominations open: Monday 4 March 2008 and will close Friday 27 June 2008. Nominees will be published on the website.

Step 2 - Nominee Notification
Your nominee will be receive a ‘Recognition Award’ and a letter of congratulations.

Step 3a - Response Voting
Voting commences on Monday 7 July 2008 and will close Thursday 31 July 2008.


Step 3b - Judging
On site evaluation and assessments will be completed by Monday 15 September 2008.

Step 4 - Announcements
Winners will be announced at the ICSP  Gala Awards Celebration Dinner on Friday 10 October 2008.
